Click the "Sign Up" button on the main page and follow the registration process. You can sign up with email or use Sign in with Apple/Google for faster registration.
Can I have multiple characters?
Currently, each account is limited to one active character. If your character passes away, you can start a new life with a fresh character while your previous life's stats are saved to your legacy.
How do I restore a purchase?
Go to Settings > Account > Restore Purchases. This will restore any premium subscriptions or one-time purchases associated with your account.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
iOS: Settings app > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > BaoLife Premium > Cancel Subscription
Android: Google Play Store > Account > Subscriptions > BaoLife Premium > Cancel Subscription
Web: Account Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription
My game progress isn't saving. What should I do?
First, ensure you have a stable internet connection. Progress is automatically saved to the cloud when you're online. If the problem persists, try:
- Force-closing and reopening the app
- Checking your internet connection
- Logging out and back in
- Contacting support if the issue continues
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and will delete all your game progress, characters, and purchases after a 30-day grace period.
Can I transfer my progress to another device?
Yes! Your progress is automatically synced across devices when you sign in with the same account. Simply log in on your new device and your game will continue where you left off.
How do relationships and dating work?
Build relationships by spending time with characters and making choices that increase affinity. When affinity is high enough, you can ask characters on dates. Premium users have access to advanced dating features and AI-generated profiles.
What are Life Gems and how do I earn them?
Life Gems are the premium currency in BaoLife. You can earn them through:
- Daily login rewards
- Completing achievements
- Special events
- Purchasing with real money
- Premium subscription bonuses
