These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BaoLife ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the BaoLife life simulation game and related services.

By creating an account or using BaoLife, you agree to:

2. Eligibility

To use BaoLife, you must:

3. Account Registration and Security

• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Collect data about other users without consent
• Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content

5. Virtual Items and Currency

5.1 Virtual Goods

BaoLife may offer virtual items, currency, or content for purchase or use in the game. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items have no real-world value
• You do not own virtual items; you receive a limited license to use them
• Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money or real-world items
• We may modify, suspend, or remove virtual items at any time

5.2 Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5.3 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or platform subscription management.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create in BaoLife (e.g., character names, chat messages). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with BaoLife.

6.2 Content Standards

You agree that your content will not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Contain offensive, abusive, or harmful material
• Include personal information of others without consent
• Promote illegal activities or hate speech

6.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BaoLife are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The BaoLife name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names are trademarks of BaoLife. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

8. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using BaoLife, you consent to such collection and use.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended account inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use BaoLife immediately ceases
• You lose access to your account and virtual items
• No refunds will be provided for unused virtual currency or subscriptions

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

BaoLife is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Security or freedom from viruses

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BaoLife, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or conduct

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• In-app notification

Your continued use of BaoLife after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using BaoLife.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms or BaoLife shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that:
